Even when he was a kid, Jimmy O’Brien was obsessed with working out problems whether or not he had a ball in his hands, or at his feet.
He would practise spin passes and dropped goals repeatedly, as much motivated by the actual physics involved in attempting to learn the skills as opposed to necessarily mastering them.
